Waste Treatment Agreement

This Assignment Agreement (“Agreement”) will be entered into effective May 5, 2009 (“Effective Date”) by and between Republic Services of Southern California LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Republic”) and the City of Redlands (“City”). The Republic and the city are sometimes referred to here individually as “parties” and together as “parties”. The areas covered by the waste and resource management sector are waste collection and disposal, household waste recycling and recycling centres (or CA sites) and treatment. This ADDENDUM TO THE WASTE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT is concluded and concluded on the day of 2016 by and between PENOBSCOT ENERGY RECOVERY COMPANY, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, maine Limited Partnership [hereinafter referred to as “PERC”] and the municipality of Lamoine, Maine. These include: natural materials such as clay, earth and rock and other inert materials such as concrete and brick or mixtures of any of the above elements. This Solid Waste Management Agreement (“Agreement”) will be entered into on that day in July 2015 by and between the Jefferson County Solid Waste District and the City and County of Butte-Silver Bow, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Montana, hereinafter referred to as “Butte-Silver Bow”.
